Our applications are built on a common platform adaptable to multiple industries. Our flagship program, Epay Manager, was originally designed for the transportation industry, but can be easily modified to work for almost any industry. This approach gives us the flexibility to explore a wide variety of opportunities, which has recently included the development of grants management software. We are an adaptable organization that can move quickly when presented new and exciting opportunities.

History

Level One Technologies first began authoring its web based business to business software in the summer of 1999. Founded as Freightlist.com, Inc., the company’s initial product was a transportation management system that provided real time matching of available freight with available trucks. Further research indicated a much larger opportunity existed in the sector of electronic payments, which led us to focus on our new program, Epay Manager.

The Evolution of Level One’s Applications from 1999 to Present

We decided to change our corporate name from Freightlist.com to Level One Technologies, Inc. after recognizing Epay’s future adaptability to multiple industries. The first official version of Epay Manager was launched in 2005 and there have been numerous updates since then. Today, Epay Manager is being used to manage freight payables for multiple Fortune 500 companies and has recently been introduced in Europe.

In 2009, we were asked by Missouri officials to develop a prototype concept for managing federal grants online. Our concept was adopted by the Wyoming Department of Education (WDE) and later became Parrascope. We continue to work with WDE to expand its capabilities and reduce the workload for education employees.
