ELECTRONIC documents that are THE LEGAL equivalent to originals

Our document imaging capabilities, which are now available for virtually any business purpose, originated as a module within Epay Manager. In the transportation industry, it's often required that signed proof of delivery documents accompany each invoice, which makes a document imaging solution a necessity for Epay Manager. It had to be easy, inexpensive, and universally accessible to carriers, while producing an electronic file that is legally equivalent to the original.

Using widely available technologies, we designed a solution that allows carriers to quickly attach electronic proof of delivery documents to specific invoices within Epay Manager. For each invoice, we provide a fax cover sheet that contains a bar code corresponding to the transaction. Carriers print the cover sheet, attach the required documents and fax them to our system toll free. Our system automatically scans, indexes and attaches these documents to the invoice within minutes. The result is a PDF that is the legal equivalent to the original and viewable by all parties in the transaction.

By adapting the transportation model, we've been able to create a universal document imaging solution for businesses.
