the first real time freight management solution

Level One Technologies, Inc. was originally founded as FREIGHTlist.com, Inc. From 1999-2007, FREIGHTlist.com was available as a web based management system that served many purposes for the transportation industry. First, it allowed companies to manage their inventory of freight and trucks throughout all stages of delivery. Second, with assistance from an automatch module, it suggested potential business opportunities for all members. Third, it allowed any company with available loads and trucks to search a live database for possible matches.

The key to the FREIGHTlist concept was that all load and truck data was displayed in real time. To this day, dozens of websites and services help match available loads with empty trucks, but none do it in real time. We found a way to do it with a simple, yet effective design. Like common posting services, our records started as available loads or trucks. Once a match was found, customers used our system, not external software, to manage pickup and delivery. By default, this changed the status of loads and trucks instantly and removed the record from the searchable database. Providing real time data was both effortless and guaranteed.

FREIGHTlist.com was a low-cost alternative to traditional software installations. Our system provided companies with powerful technologies that would have been otherwise unaffordable. Early adopters were offered the opportunity to beta test the application and its effectiveness was proven almost immediately. The application was retired in 2007 in an effort to focus development and sales resources on other projects.
