The Greenline Project is an initiative that allows states to complete each step of the purchasing process online, for a fraction of the cost, and without the use of any paper.

Most states follow a series of complex manual procedures to purchase goods and services from approved vendors. These processes are very costly, time consuming and often require the use of large quantities of paper and supporting materials.

Our system can put an immediate end to these outdated practices and deliver a solution that is both easy to use and highly functional.
