WYOMING LEADS THE WAY WITH PARRASCOPE

Level One Technologies has reached a tentative agreement with Wyoming to become a development partner for its state stimulus tracking application, Parrascope.

Parrascope is a web based application that allows states to easily generate the federal ARRA award reports that are required each quarter. Our approach uses individual state awards as the central component to building an automated record of all data tied to each federal award. It also captures the workflow of state agencies, Subrecipients and vendors throughout the life cycle of a state funded project. Those records that are designated as open to the public will be made available online. It will allow Wyoming to set its own standard of transparency.

In addition, Wyoming will have the opportunity to craft a solution that meets its specific needs. The resulting system will be offered to all states and recipients of federal ARRA funding.

Level One will work closely with Wyoming to beta test its list of features, which will include:

• A State Award Management Tool
• An Automated Federal ARRA Report Module
• A Site Dedicated to State Transparency

Development and beta testing will occur throughout the third quarter and an official launch is expected at some point prior to 2010.
