Level One’s core philosophy is to develop programs that integrate seamlessly with current systems in order to improve business processes.
Primary Applications
Level One has developed two primary applications that service both the public and private sector:
Epay Manager
Electronic payments for the transportation industry
Epay Manager is a web based application that allows transportation companies to send invoices and pay bills electronically. Epay is being used by companies, both large and small, to reduce the cost and improve the efficiency of traditional invoice processing. Many users of Epay Manager take advantage of its innovate payment terms module which allows them to choose from a list of pre-approved early payment options.
Parrascope
A web based grants management system
Parrascope is a web based application that allows state agencies to manage and report their use of federal stimulus funds. This application is being co-developed and used by the Wyoming Department of Education. The initial version of the application was used to generate both monthly and quarterly ARRA reports. It has recently been expanded to include application and fund request functionality for the Education Jobs program.
Custom Modules
Level One has developed custom modules that can be adapted for any industry or business.
Online Bidding
A real time bid/award module
Epay Manager includes a custom bidding module. It allows shippers to automatically post an inventory of available freight to a select group of carriers. These carriers can view each opportunity and place bids for the freight. Shippers can view and compare all bids before awarding the freight to the winning carrier. It allows shippers to move freight in less time for less money. This module can function independent of Epay and can be adapted for any network of buyers and sellers.
Document Imaging
Attaching files and documents to database records
Almost any application benefits from the ability to link external files to a database record. Both Epay Manager and Parrascope have this feature. Users of these applications can upload files directly, or use a process that automatically scans, indexes and stores faxed documents. The document imaging module is integral to the electronic payment and grants management processes because of their supporting document requirements.
